Either you have not claimed a listing yet, or a claim you filed is still being checked. Claims are approved by a person, which normally takes a day or two. Find your business in the directory and use the claim button on its page.
Because those decide which searches you appear in. If they were editable, every business would sit in every city, and the directory would stop being useful to the people you want to reach. If your city or map pin is genuinely wrong, contact us and we will correct it.
A working phone number first, then a real description of what you actually do and where. A listing that says “dental services” tells a patient nothing. One that says you take new patients, see children, and keep same-day slots for emergencies gets the call.
No. You can buy a featured placement, which is clearly marked as one and sits in its own slot, but ordinary ranking is not for sale. Ask us about advertising if that is useful to you.
